QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

ISO 9001:2015 CERTIFICATION – COMMITMENT TO QUALITY AND CUSTOMER SATISFACTION

The ISO 9001:2015 certification specifies requirements for a quality management system (QMS) that demonstrate an organization’s ability to consistently provide products and services that meet or exceed customer expectations and relevant statutory or regulatory requirements.

The leadership of Plurax, LLC committed to meet the high standards of the ISO 9001:2015 certification to align our customers’ values with our own and to enhance customer satisfaction. After rigorous audits for conformance to the international standards, Plurax earned its ISO 9001:2015 certification in 2021.

As a result of our ISO 9001 certification, our customers and prospects have confidence in Plurax’s proprietary internal processes for the delivery of top-quality products and services, no matter where the customer is located geographically. Plurax further benefits from competitive advantages over non-certified competitors.

We share our quality policy as a reminder to customers and team members of our commitment and mission to quality:

“Plurax, LLC is committed to fulfilling customer and other applicable requirements by continuously using innovative technology, providing our customers with excellent services, and exceeding our customer’s demands.  This will be accomplished through continually improving our services and internal processes and fulfilling our Quality Objectives as defined in our Quality System.” – Plurax Quality Policy

SAFETY/RISK MANAGEMENT

Our dedication to creating a safe and health-minded working environment is a corporate value. We want our customers to be proud of the process quality of their project delivery – from start to finish. The core features of our safety and risk management program consist of the following:

  • Experienced and well-trained safety leadership team. We empower each project team member to place a worksite’s safety environment as a primary critical success factor.
  • Subcontractor Integration into the Plurax Safety Culture. Through project-specific incentive programs and customized, 10-hour OSHA training programs, all subcontractors are held fully accountable for operating in a responsible, safe manner.
  • Our goal is to maintain an efficient and productive effort, which always incorporates healthy work practices and safety consciousness among employees, subcontractors, and material suppliers.

SUSTAINABILITY

One of our core values is proven through our commitment to supplying environmentally friendly solutions for a building or renovation project. We care about the footprint we leave before, during, and after a project. We are enthusiastic about finding sustainable alternatives to conventional building practices.

We are dedicated to collaborating with our various owners/customers on how to best build their projects in the most environmentally conscious way. Whether its implementing construction waste diversion or overseeing the building of a LEED® certifiable structure, we are qualified to manage your project.

DIVERSITY & INCLUSION

We have an ongoing commitment to supplier diversity. Diversity is an integral part of the Plurax value system and a mission critical business imperative. We understand the value a diverse supply chain can bring to innovation and productivity. We are committed to increasing our capacity through continuous improvement and promoting diversity in our supply chain.

We are keenly aware that we are measured by a double bottom-line, by nurturing, growing, and sustaining diverse businesses that bring social and economic value to the communities where we live and work. Thus, we foster strategic partnerships with diverse businesses, expanding the relationships through sustained engagement and in-house support.

Our leadership team has supplier diversity as a critical success factor among our most important company values. We understand how supporting and involving certified minority, women, veteran, service disabled, and HUBZone businesses contribute to the fabric of the communities we serve. The byproducts of our efforts include a stronger community, increased employment, and meaningful opportunities for the local construction workforce.
