Our construction management services include the following: developing a program, creating project budgets and schedules, evaluating and selecting professional service firms, managing the permitting and approval process, coordinating temporary and permanent utilities, and monitoring and arranging daily construction and close-out activities.

With design and constructability reviews, we find and mitigate issues that pose the greatest risk to a project. We also use value analysis and value engineering lessons that we’ve learned from other building projects and experiences.
